Request a refund for duplicate purchases (POE2 - PlayStation)

I thought the purchase was not successful due to an error while purchasing an item, so I kept pressing the purchase button. This resulted in duplicate purchases.

Due to a bug, I purchased multiple 'Unique Collection Tabs'. I purchased a total of 4, but please cancel 3 of them.
