Purchase issue: triplicated Collection Tab, and feedback

Hello,

I just faced a troubling issue while trying to purchase the "Exile's Stash Tab Bundle" during the current sale, which ends in just 3 days.

My attempts resulted in an error message, "Purchase failed, the operation timed out," followed by a game crash. After logging back in, I unexpectedly found that my account had been credited with 3 Unique Collection Tabs instead of the set of tabs I wanted.

Considering that typically only one such tab is needed per account, this situation could potentially lead to complications. I believe it might be beneficial to limit the Unique Collection Tab to one per account to avoid such issues.

I have already reached out to support@grindinggear.com to address this issue, but I wanted to post here as well to raise awareness.

Thanks for the support in moving it to the right forum, hopefully they'll be able to help me solve this issue, get a refund and the useless triplicated tabs removed from my account.
