Shop Refund

I bought a currency stash, but the shop said it timed out, so I tried again and it happened again. However, after I relogged, my points were deducted and I ended up buying 2 currency stashes. Is it possible to refund 1 of the currency stashes?

Same just happend to me bought 1 essence 1 delirium 1 gem tab. I have received x2 essence tabs and a gem tab the delirium one is missing? and my credits are gone.
