3 exalts per gearpiece.
You get 2 nice mods on your lv 80 chestpiece, turn on the copium. What do you roll? Thorns, or tier 1 6% Cold Res. You need 3 more exalts so you can brick the next gear. I 3-to-1 bricks only to get Thorns again. Can't Chaos Orb because no Omens. And even if I had Omens, I would probably still roll some shit Thorns or Life regen. Alva gives you Advanced gear even at lv 80+, so half of what you buy from her gets disenchanted / sold directly. I've spent 20 levels and 1 mil+ Gold to get a chestpiece upgrade (ES, Spirit, res), and I'm right where I started, and I'm still using my chestpiece from act 6 at lv 80. Light Radius Thorns Life Regen Stun Threshold Should all be eliminated. CoE says thorns is 9% but CoE calculates the % based on the trade site. Most people just trash their thorns gear. It probably is around 40-50% realistically. Whoever decided that I should be getting Thorns on 50% of my gear and Light Radius on the other half, FU. game genuinely sucks right now, they said we'd get a ton of currency drops and it's just not true. I've gone 5 hours without seeing an exalted orb.
I want to play the game, I don't want to have this artificial scarcity triggering some cheap dopamine when I finally get an item that is worthwhile. |

" i don't get why this is called "crafting" at all, but ok. this is what they like. if you want different for poe2, better be really vocal now, there were over a million access keys for EA, and i have to assume vast majority were bought. i have no idea how many new players they're ok with losing, but they also have all that money already. |
