Purchased Lower Support Pack Points?

Hello all,

I bought Faridun before the EA started, and today, I purchased two other lower-tier support packs for points (from Steam).

300+600 Points did not arrive in my account?

I'm also playing from the POE client. Should I log in at least once from the Steam client? If those points do not arrive in my account, did I pay $41$ for nothing?

I can see Faridun pack purchases from account transactions, but today's purchases are not there.

I appreciate it in advance for any tiny help.

Please stop copy-pasting the same messages, I already know I can send email and also did that, just tell me if should I get points but I could not get them because of some issue. Or I will not get those points?

I do not want to wait for weeks to get an answer, I paid for lower-tier sup packs because of the weekend discount, so if you will not give me any information I'll give back those packs.

I paid 41$ today for 2 supporter packs, those do not appear on my transaction page and you want me to wait for weeks?

I want to buy discounted stash tabs but my purchased looks like bugged, when you guys give me my coins I'll request for discounted price for stash tabs, if you guys do not accept it I'm gonna use bad bad words..

Just refunded support packs today, I do not care or want to wait your support team.
