I been sending email to support since start of december, no help

I been asking for path of exile to change my email.
Its not possible to access my old email, so i cant confirm email change at that email. I sent picture of my driver licence, visa cards used in transactions, and payments from my bank accounts. Been without game soon 2 months because GGG dont respond to my email sent. I sent multiple times, i got respond 1 time!!! That person promised to look into this issue, that was in december!!!! "Hi there, Thank you for the message and I am sorry to hear about this. Can you please confirm for us if you have attempted to contact your old email provider to regain access to the email address linked to your account? Kind regards, Logan" This response i got 23 december. I sent almost 20 email before that! After this response they just ignore me!!! I explained in several mail I DONT HAVE ACCESS TO OLD EMAIL AND ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM!! I proivided with driver licence, bank account payments, picture of my visa cards used in transictions on my account!! Just change my email to what i asked for!! How hard can it be??? This is not good enough. Been asking for help on this issue since start of december.
Almost 7 weeks ago. I provided with all proves that im the person owning account, so when it takes 7 weeks to change email on an account its simply not good enough. Fix it or give my money back. You gladly take my money, but something easy as changing email you cant do? Really? Not good enough |
