IP Ban for literally no reason
I bought the supporter pack a few days ago and I've been playing the game without issue since then, but I suddenly got a message in-game saying I've been IP banned. I have no mods and no 3rd party programs, I launch the game directly from the GGG Launcher. There is no way I've done anything to warrant this ban, I've literally just been playing the game normally and just finished act 1.
Can you let me know why I've been targeted for this ban? I sent an email to the support email but I genuinely could not believe a game with this much traction and attention is still using an email rather than ticket system to deal with these issues because for the customer the response time is paramount, especially considering the overzealous moderation system in place. I can't believe I was even considering buying some cosmetics but now that I know I can get banned for literally no reason without any way to defend myself, I'm never going to do that. The only thing I can possibly think of why I got flagged is that I live in China (I'm not Chinese though) and so I have to use game accelerator software called UU Accelerator to achieve a feasible ping, and maybe this is messing with my IP address each time? But I need this app or I can't play the game either. Please reply and let me know what's going on! And also lift this ban so I can play the damn game. I feel like I just wasted 30 dollars on something that can ban me anytime for no reason. I also don't want to wait several days just so someone on their support team can tell me there's nothing they can do, or unban me just for the IP banner to automatically flag me and ban me again.
