Back after 2 weeks off. A few Recommendations for GGG
So I had a 2 week break from POE 2 due to frustration of how this game works, and in my opinion, bad design of some mechanics. I decided to come back as I saw some YouTubers praising the new update.
Not impressed with the stuff they decided was the priority on this patch. Game still feels frustrating as hell. GGG take note of some of the following fixes: I’m using ranger as my main character. Having mana issues from start to finish of the game. - Fix – More or increased cost of mana on the passive tree. Non channeling\channeling skill have X to mana cost on rings or amulet. - Unique that ring that offers mana cost and mana regen. (downside is it takes up a ring slot to sort mana issues) Passive tree - No Damage over time nodes - No energy shield leech - Only +1 to projectiles, needs at least +2 (or +2 in ascendency) - No life regen and in gear life regen it doesn’t scale high enough on the stats to feel good. Life regen rate is needed on gear. - The bow skills tree is not even used, and I can get more damage other ways. Needs a buff. - No mines or traps? Is this you saying there will be no mines or trap skills coming to POE 2 - I have a lot to say on these but not even sure ggg will see of listen so I'll keep it short Skills - Every single player relies on Hearld skills to clear efficiently. Skills should be able to clear well another way, without relying on hearld skills. (maybe support gems that explode) - Support gems – can use the same support gem on different skills. - You have nerfed skills like tornado shot and hex blast, but Spark can clear the whole screen. Bring back these skills. I’m dreading seeing righteous fire if you have nerfed that too. I don’t get why you feel you need to reinvent the wheel on some stuff. Love to know your through process on this. - No fire arrow for ranger. If I’m not mistaken there are no fire skills. Flasks – only go to about 2000 hp. When I have 5000 hp it is useless when you use it Maps - More portals – I know in your speech you said you don’t want to change this but is not all about what you want! It’s the players, that have purchased your game and its future. That was a childish response. Like a kid throwing his dummy out, come on, do better GGG. Charms - I’m my opinion useless. Have it as a permanent effect and rares and uniques to. - Charm slots on belts – get rid and have it that you unlock through the campaign. New Ascendency Alchemist – that uses flasks and charms - Increased effect of flasks and charms - Increased damage when a flask is used - Gain phasing when a flask is used - Become immune to all alignment when a flask is used - Charms are now a permeant effect There are hundreds you can play with. Going to keep adding to this.
Getting pushed around the map by monsters and other players is annoying. Players that are using blink that move really fast pushing me all over the place while in a party. this has even got me killed a few times. Please get rid of it |
