Adaptive Sync doesn't work normally after several minutes of gameplay

I really don't know what's the cause of this, but it sucks that input lag would increase when the game doesn't work properly with my monitor's refresh rate. From 20-25ms to 40-50ms that's with NVIDIA reflex On, I have VRR On of course and when it works my Monitor's RR would be at 75 but when it's bug or something it stays 120 flat. I have my FPS capped at 75 using RTSS.(in-game is busted. It works but the GPU usage is still high for some damn reason)

It's really weird and the only way to "fix" it is to shutdown my PC and turn On again, same as the freezing problems.(Freezing problems got worse as new patches arrives) But it'd only fix it for only several minutes and it would not work properly again.

EDIT:
Played around with settings and the "FIX" on this was setting the Mode to "Windowed". Both FSWindowed and Fullscreen doesn't work.
And VRR works and Latency is lowered.

in hopes they'd add a Borderless mode in the future.

There's not really anything anyone can do for you if you're unable to build a competent PC. if you can't figure out something as simple as what kind of monitor you need or the settings correlated to said monitor, what is it you expect from these forums?

The heck are you blabbering about "competent" PC? I'm just capping it to 75... I can go 100+(I just don't want my GPU screaming). That's not the point of this thread.
Point is that the game would bugged out my VRR and increases input lag.
Thanks for investigation, going here from poe2 on ubuntu and indeed windowed mode is solution
