Critical Game Bug: "Audience of the King" Disappeared Twice – Needs Immediate Attention!

Dear POE2 Team,

I’m writing this because I’ve encountered game-breaking bugs that caused me to lose my "Audience of the King" not once, but twice, and I’m extremely frustrated. Here's what happened:

First Incident: During the boss fight, the boss got stuck on the side of the arena and somehow became completely invincible. I couldn’t finish the fight, and I lost everything.
Second Incident: When I tried to use the key to open the portal, the key disappeared without opening the portal. This is unacceptable!
I’ve put a lot of time into this game, even purchasing a supporter’s pack because I believed in its quality. However, these issues make it hard to stay committed to the game. I’ve already sent multiple emails to your support team but haven’t received any helpful response.

If this issue doesn’t get addressed or compensated, I will have no choice but to request a refund for everything I’ve purchased and stop playing the game entirely. Please take this seriously and respond as soon as possible.

Hello,
After farmming 240 hours and finally was able to see and purchase an audience for the king in an altar, i ran into the exact same problem.
The boss got stuck in phase 2, after the maze, in the top right corner, becoming intangible.
I tried login and logout, nothing happened.
I'm extremely disappointed and hope that my problem will be heard.
