Reward for purchasing the supporter package.

Good evening,
On 08/23/2024, I purchased the supporter package, which included the benefit of receiving a t-shirt and a jacket. After a few days, I decided to contact support on 12/18/2024 to inquire about the order, and only on 12/15 was I sent the tracking link. However, when I tracked the package, I found that it had been held at customs in the country and had already been returned to the sender on 12/07. As a result, I wasn't able to take any action. I would appreciate assistance regarding this matter.
