Day 48 of no support from support with my coins

Just as the title states, 48 days now of nothing from support, I understand the "Queue" but you would think day #1 of EA would have been addressed by now.

Yes I emailed support
Yes I sent Support my 2 accounts, screenshots, 1 has EA and 1 got my 300 coins

You would think this would be a simple fix on their end, if only they actually viewed their open tickets.

I will check back in 2 days for day #50.

I understand you guys might be flooded with requests but this request was open day 1 of early access and its something as simple as moving my 300 coins from wrong account to correct account. 48 days is unacceptable... (and counting)

I find it comical you really think we should think this is due to backlog... No company has been 7+ WEEKS behind on support tickets.

GGGs lack of support needs to be studied. Just imagine literally any other industry where you can go almost 2 months without getting to a ticket? Just having bots on the forums copy and pasting to email support knowing that no one is checking the support email.

You paid for coins and didn't get it? Email support

You paid for EA and got locked out a month ago? No worries email support

You got hacked through an exploit within our compromised account? No worries just email support.

Meanwhile no one checks support email..

I am there with you man. I have been waiting since the 15th of December with the same problem. What drives me insane is that there is no way for me to know how many tickets are in line before me or even if my ticket is still live since any further interaction with their support will reset my waiting time.

If you're not responding after 7 weeks of a release of a game, clearly there is no ticketing system. There's zero chance of being that backed up and if you are then you need to allocate funds to support and slow down with game updates.

Imagine a scenario where GGG is painting this picture where you walk into a store and buy something. You get the item (EA) but they never give you your change (gold coins). You ask for a manager they tell you to contact support, support doesn't reply to you for 2 months. You go back to the store and ask the manager and he says.... Contact support.
