GGG taking peoples money, locking peoples accounts, and failing to provide customer service
Yes, I know they made a post recently about being behind on customer service. But they are prioritizing other things above this. And taking people's money but then not allowing them to use a product and failing to respond to any attempts to fix the issue, is frankly pretty fraudulent as a company.
And to the "If you have done nothing wrong, you have nothing to hide" crowd constantly assuming anyone locked cheated or did RMT, no, I am an ssf player, there is just a ridiculous situation right now where people are getting falsely locked for a plethora of reasons, I read about another guy who got locked for using the words "RMT" in chat where he was calling out someone trying to cheat with RMT. Having such a ban happy system is a problem in the first place, but what was GGG thinking have systems like this in place without customer service available to fix the issue? You guys are really going to be spending time on patch balances and game changes for months, but not the most basic service you should be providing?
