MTX transaction PC to PS5 (Terrible mess)

So first of all I don't understand why I can't play with my PC MTX on my PS5 when I bought the MTX too on my PS5. Technically I can understand that I cannot if I only have the MTX on PC and not PS5 but when you have both on PC and PS5 why I can't !?

Seriously I have put a lot of money in PoE2. I know it's my problem but the game is playable on PC when the game want because I have a lot of CPU stutter out of nowhere and sometimes the game run without any stutter.

On PS5 performance is not good even with a PRO. I just want to use my MTX on both platform right now because the only way to play is on PS5 Pro now.

I don't know if it's a bug because I purchased King Faridun on PS5 and when I play with my PC account on my PS5 I can choose them because I have Warlord of Karui on PC sccount. But now I bought Thaumaturge pack on PS5 work on my PS5 account but no on my PC account when playing on PS5 when I have it on PC.

I bought The celestial cat pet this morning on PS5 PoE to test. I log on my PC with my PS5 account the cat appear. Now I return on my PS5 with my PS5 account it's say that I have not purchased this pet on PS Network. Seriously it's a terrible mess.

Coin appear disappear. I have to rebuy 50 coins to make them reappear. The hell is that !?

You don't understand. Some of my MTX PC account works on PS5 because I have bought Support pack on both PS5 and PC and some other MTX but not all. So I don't understand why you said that it's not usable on PC.

I did a test this morning buying the celestial cat on PS5. I have this cat on my PC and when login in my PS5 on my PC the cat was there. So I don't understand why you said it's not usable that is not true. If so I want to have all my MTX and Support pack from my PS5 refunds. Because I don't need them is I can't even use them.

I didn't buy the King Faridun pack with my PC account on my PS5 and I have access to them if I want soooo I wanna know how this is possible.

Really because through all the build up, Poe 1 items would be ported over to 2. I thought 2 was gonna have all micros be account bound? If I play on Xbox and I can now play the same charc on pc with it linked why would all account and charc unlocks not be present. Specially since they are coded into each platform. Simple coding to unlock all purchases should not be that difficult for your team. Make all transactions and microtrans account owned, then code all unlocks to base account then code unlock signal to game code.
