Enabled Waypoint in Act 3

After killing the boss in act 3 cruel, the waypoint in act 3 starting town is not clickable and disabled. It's a waste of time and hard to find another waypoint on a different map so you can teleport somewhere else.

PLEASE ENABLE THIS WAYPOINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know what's funny, if you're doing Trial of Chaos in normal difficulty instance and then let's say you want to buy extra entrance thingy to enter trialmaster boss, then you would portal to town, but Alva actually has currency exchange locked on normal, so then you proceed to yellow portal which sends you to act 1 cruel LMAO.
