two hand weapon problem

i m 85 level warrior.
I can't use a level 78 two-handed weapon. The item requires 78 level-125 strength.
When I want to wear the item, it says "you're not that strong". I can wear the level 62 version of the same weapon, but I can't use the level 59 version.
Is there a feature that I can't see?

For example;
I can use a level 66 greathammer. I can't use a level 50 weapon.
I can use a level 69 crumbling maul, but I can't use a level 59 weapon.
What could be the reason?

That Giant's Blood passive. You have to do the math yourself.

Do you have Giant's Blood keystone allocated? It triples requirements for any weapon you want to use.

yes, Giant's blood is opened. i already use 2hand weapon+shiled.
i have all items reques but i can't use some items.
