Unlink?

i no longer have access to the email adress on this account because it was made on yahoo mail and i need to get this account unlinked from steam, the 3 times i got a reply from support about getting this account unlinked so i can use my other account i got ghosted after providing not only my identifier and names of my characters but also a screenshot of both, why cant i get this account unlinked, i dont even care about the dang pack refund anymore
