Cannot Move Items to Stash in Certain Acts/Zones

Zones: Trial of Sekhams (inside)
Acts: Start of Act III
Characters: All
Control Method: Controller
Controller Type: PS5 Dual Sense

When inside Trial of Sekhmas and the start of Act III you are unable to use the controller to put items inside of your stash. Instead when you click Triangle on PS5 contrller when accessing your stash it will instead drop the items on the ground.

This is on Windows 11 when using controller.
