Sacred Flame still not working. Or is it working and we don't understand? GGG please throw a hint.

And many others on the bug report page when searching for Sacred Flame, the scepter seems to not work.

It's one of the last bosses, last difficulty drop pool items. I'd love to build around it.

Please GGG throw us a hint, will we be able to use it before the economy reset?
If not, why not just disable the drop until further evaluation?
