POE Support is terrible

In Dec 13,2024 i write a ticket to Poe Support because i want Quad stash but missclick to stash bundle

and today Jan 23,2025 they reply to me :
OKEY , LET DELETE YOUR STASH BUNDLE .
and give me 100 point , I can't even buy it back with 100 point.
i already write a new ticket but not sure how long they reply me again

yeah i know Poe support have a large number of support requests but atlest dont resolve the problem like a computer , no question like " do you still need refund your stash ?" its already 45day and they just delete my stash
