White ranged mobs are still much more powerful than bosses

The reason of 95% my deaths on maps are ranged mobs. Why did you make them so powerful? I play as a monk with melee attacks, and when I fight with mobs there is always a ranged mob somewhere behind the screen, attacks me with its spears/darts/spitting, takes away 5k per second, puts me in a stun and I can’t do anything and die. This ruins the idea of ​​playing melee characters

i have not experienced that at all on my monk, how is your evasion?
I have had similar experience, I am more scared of ranged packs than bosses.

regarding the stuns though, this can be fairly easily mitigated with just two or three of the following:

a heavy belt
a good stun threshold suffix on gear
a stun threshold node on the skill tree

In my experience it doesn't take much to make a big difference to how it feels, enough to be able to dodge out of the way at least.

I don't believe you can evade your way out of this, as far as I know you cannot evade whilst stunned, so if one hit gets you you can be stun locked.
