Witch bugs and attuned wands mana drain skill

1- So, many have probably reported it already but when going into demonform royal hellhound does not work on console. I've read it works for people on PC when they use MandK they can toggle/activate things. Only things working for me in DF is blasphemy automatically when morphing. This should get addressed asap in a hotfix or patch.

2- i noticed when trying to use mana drain on my wand for the first time ever on this character the spell will not cast. I would of never known but I'm trying to tweak my build for some mana leech as what mana drain does. And yes I have proper stats and all that to be able to use it otherwise the wand would be highlighted that I'm lacking proper stats for use.

Update: mana drain is fine I had a misunderstanding of not being around an enemy when trying to cast it. As far as hell hound on this post and the other reported bugs on my other post those are confirmed not working.
