Pickup/interact button buggy

In maps, pickup and interact command on ps5 sometimes does not work, it randomly happens in mapping, sometimes i can't activate ritual or pickup loots. My pickup button is not bound to any skills. I have to tp back to hideout for it to work again. It happened to me 3 to 4 times today in maybe 20 maps..
