GGG Support Ghosting
I purchased some physical merchandise and it just never got shipped to me. I've reached out to support via the direct messaging and by email simply even asking for an update if anything. Originally, they were very responsive when I inquired about buying/questions re supporter packs, but now have gone silent when I have approached this issue since purchasing. Really frustrating.
