Sealed Door at Burning Monolith Will Not Allow To Insert Crisis Fragments!

I've killed all 3 citadel bosses, so they no longer show as needing to be completed quests. I have left "Obtain crisis fragments to unlock door". All 3 unique fragments are in my inventory. I can hover my cursor over the slots in the door to bring up the interface for where you insert them, BUT as soon as I grab a fragment with my cursor, and drag it back to where the interface was, the interface will not show. I've dragged across the door slots, the entire door, just in front of the door, every single inch, and it will not appear until I drop to ground the fragment or put it back in my inventory. Then eventually, I can no longer get the interface to pop up the 3 slots, only the text. It's quite frustrating, as you can imagine, not being able to take on the pinnacle boss.

Same not letting me do it either WTF ive quit this game and come back a few times but if i cant fight boss i then what am i supposed to do
