Could not receive mtx points after purchase from PS App
As titled…
Purchased 200 points through PS App on 10th January, could not receive points…. Anyone encountering this issue? Tried another method like try purchasing coin in-game to sync the account still doesnt work… My last purchase arrived a week later… this time already 2 weeks and still no response. Email sent and message sent to support still no response.
