Support left my request to connect my POE account with my steam account

I have been waiting for over a month since the last e-mail from you in which I had to prove to you that these were my accounts. You started this case and left me :( how long can you wait to do it??? I have been writing to you since the first day of POE 2 launch!!! This is really beyond the limits of my endurance. I am angry, sad and disappointed that I was treated this way. I have purchased a lot of stashes on my account that I want to combine and I'm struggling with one quad stash that I bought to play somehow. I'm depressed that I can't fully enjoy the game I was looking forward to I renovated my room especially for the launch of POE 2. I hope that my problem will be solved quickly.

I know how you feel ive been waiting 62 days for my mtx transfer from xbox to pc but i suggest you stop emailing them until they reply to you as doing so you're just putting yourself in the back of the queue every time you email them good luck and stay sane exile

I understand that, but why did they leave my case. They started to solve it. This is more frustrating. Your post shows me that my case is missing somewhere or has been added to the solved ones. Your post showed that you solve almost 8,000 cases a day and for this reason my case must probably be at the end of the digestive system... and I will repeat that it was reported at the beginning of early access. So something is very wrong.
