Am I eligible for a refund on microtransactions?

I unknowingly bought stash tabs more directed towards endgame materials when I would of benefitted a lot more from raw storage space as I currently don't have much of the endgame materials to put in said endgame tabs. Currently I am playing more Tetris than mapping as I am hurting on storage space resulting from buying said endgame stash tabs.

I have sent an email about a week ago regarding the matter and still haven't heard back so I sent another today with my character names and screenshots of the tabs I'd like reimbursed if possible.
