Please help. I can't receive verification link on my email and it's been almost 2 months since I purchase $160 supporters pack to play the Early access.

I sent a ticket last year Dec. 6th regarding this issue. I got a couple of replies until Dec. 20th. Now, I'm waiting for nothing. I just wasted $160 or convert it to C$269. Really worst support I've encountered as a game company. Please refund back my money!!!
