So, i wanted to play poe2 someday, launched game and i had this

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. | |

Unless i'm wrong.
You did got your key from "Eneba" witch third party site and not something official like from steam or directly buying on the path of exile website. I look up a bit and you have user complain of already use key "on Eneba and not specific to PoE2" and other situation. I also read about someone saying it more like a key trading site, which mean nothing guaranty the key you buy will work. There was also key given to have access to the download of the game on steam, but not key linked to your account witch is normally link when you buy it. I would be surprise if GGG is able to do anything about your situation since they aren't responsible for that sale at all. In that situation it would be like complaining to apple for not receiving\not what you asked for, after buying a "apple product" from alibaba\wish.com I would say, just connect on the official website or make sure you have the right account link if you go trough steam and buy the EA support pack to receive your key.
