Missing rare item from inventory

Hello, I was told by support to post my issue here for help from a developer.

My inventory is missing an item called "Mirror of Kalandra". This is my first time playing any PoE game and when I picked up this item I had no idea what it was. I remember clearly because I have the Currency stash tab and I could not find this item in the stash tab after putting it in my inventory, because it didn't go into the regular slots, it had it's own single slot at the bottom row, so it was easy to miss.



It was only much later that I found out what this item was called, and it's purpose/use. I never used it because I didn't even know what it was.

Can you please check why it is missing from my inventory? If you check your records it should show you when I found the Mirror of Kalandra and did not use it.

FYI, I am playing on PS5 console and I have linked my game account to my PathOfExile.com account.
