My account was banned for a stupid joke in chat

Hello! I created this account just to write a message on the forum, hoping to be unbanned. It's been 13 days since I wrote the letter to the GGGs mail but I haven't received a single response.

"Hello! This is my another letter from my steam email address in which I would like to describe the situation in more detail.
I will say right away that I am a fool and did not think with my head before writing anything in the chat.
The fact is that I wrote in the chat that I would buy 1 divine for bitcoins, this phrase seemed absurd and funny to me and I could not imagine that they would block my account for one message. I talked in discord about this topic, and people explained to me that you have a very strict policy regarding RMT.
For my part, I apologize and will never write anything like this in the game chat again.
I repeat that this was just a stupid joke, which I already regretted and learned a lesson.
I have never bought or sold anything for real currency anywhere. All that I have in poe2 is literally 2-3 divines that I knocked out on the main character noft, I have very, very little currency, I get everything through the game.
I also played the first part of the game and did not do anything like that.
In poe 2, I bought a pack (Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter) that was quite expensive for me in order to support the developers, because I love this game.
I ask you as a human being to consider my situation and unban my account."
