My character is dead in the water. I cannot get past a certain post even with BIS gear. I am a chronomancer on Xargrrr in POE2 and I need help changing to a stormweaver.
I have spent hundreds of hours only in poe 1 and 2. Only to find out that my character is bricked. PLEASE HELP and change my ascendancy. Thanks. Last bumped on Jan 22, 2025, 9:23:09 PM

Hi there, I'm afraid that changing your ascendancy isn't possible in Path of Exile 2. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

It was in POE 1. And as a customer I think it would be fair if you allow someone who has spent money and hundreds of hours with your product to be granted a simple request. You know, you could even charge 50 coins ($5) to do this and make money. I would gladly pay it. Instead you're saying that I'm bricked b/c I didn't know what I was getting into w/a brand new game?
Think about it, this isn't a smart business tactic at all. And I'm an unhappy customer because of it. Why is this not standard practice to ensure customer service and make profit? |
