impact shockwave --not affected by increased area of effect

The area of the shockwaves on the impact shockwave support don't seem to be affected by increased area of effect either on the passive or with the magnified effect support gem. I believe this is a regression but am not sure.

Note I'm using this on boneshatter. The tooltip for the boneshatter radius scales with area of effect ("shockwave radius", under the aftershock tab). But the "aftershock radius on heavy stun" under both the "initial strike" and the "shockwave" tabs shows 2m radius regardless of passive/support gem sources of increased area of effect.

Anyone else find it funny that they respond to bug reports about a skill not working but are dead silent about not being able to go through a load screen without your PC killing itself.
