Transfer points from another account

Hi! Today I purchased access to the game on Steam. The problem is that I have two accounts, Kozdi#0047, which has 300 points after purchasing it on Steam, and a second account (where I play and have characters) Kozdi#7858 (here I would like the points from the first account to appear) I don't know why did they appear on an account that is not even associated with a steam account. Is it possible to transfer these points to the second account?
