Trade Whisper Error Message

I have not been able to trade for items in the Trade Website. When I try to whisper, it says “Invalid Query, your account must be in game to use this feature”. I am indeed in game and logged int. This is very annoying as I would like to trade for some better items. Appreciate any assistance

It looks like you may be logged into a secondary account by mistake. Please ensure you're logging into the website using the same credentials as you use to play! For example, if you play via Steam, you would want to log into the website using your Steam credentials by pressing the Steam button on the login page. I hope this helps!

Thank you for your reply. I have linked my 2 accounts…not sure how I even got 2 accounts. They are linked and my PS5 is connected…still can’t use trade market. I get that same message. I also just bought 200 coins and the purchased items are not showing up. And I still can’t add an item filter. I’m very frustrated at this point. Please help. Thank you
