Came on today and my account is muted for no reason

Hello im hoping someone from ggg sees this and maybe looks at my account. Im hoping this is a bug that will be resolved incredibly fast. Only actual reason I can think is that I came accross a scammed yesterday who purchased all of a particular type of amulet selling from 3 accounts as same person from my knowledge and I said no thank you. I hope this scammed didn't get annoyed and somehow report on multiple accounts for some chat ban reason. And I hope to god that ggg actually looked through chats to see what is going on and did not use a AI ban service. Please look at this immediately. I must be able to tell lower people to disable downscaling while I'm helping them.

Ok i emailed. Please look at this fast because we can't be punished from scammers because we don't go along with thier scam. I hope to god you guys actually look and don't have an AI reporting system or this game is far worse than call of duty is right now and that entire studio is about to go down because of it. If this is the case then remove the current trading system and install a non contact trading function in game. Do not cater to scammers when they contribute nothing to the game anyway.
