Poe2 I have been scammed

I have been scammed
I thought I bought a Controlled Metamorphosis Diamond with Masive Ring -5 all Elemental Resistances and -11 to Chaos Resistances .
But I got Controlled Metamorphosis Diamond back with Medium Ring -5 all Elemental Resistances and -11 To Chaos Resistances.
I realized my mistake and sent chat and party invites to the other party, but they ignored me.
I quit the game in anger and sadness, and I don't have any screenshots or anything.
I know it's my fault for not checking properly, but is it possible to get support?

Hey, I had the same issue today, I whispered a guy for Morior Invictus
Grand Regalia (5% attributes, 10% ele res, non corrupted) for 22 div (he accepted to drop a price from 28 div) so I was super hyped, it is my chase item for last 2 weeks, that is all the currency I had. He gave me 5% maximum life instead, which is worth nothing. I feel like a moron to get scammed like this... I also do not have any screenshots, I logged out and cried a little in my heart. Later I tried to corrupt it to get some value off of it but i bricked the item even further. I reported the guy and this is the last trace i have of him.
