I spent money to buy your product, and now there is a problem with your email system, which causes me to be unable to receive the verification code to log in to the game, and now I have been writing to contact you for a week, and there is no reply, you guys are like fraud. You won't do anything but delete my post. I'm trying to contact your regulators, and I'm going to get an explanation for myself.

The only thing you'll get from the forums is a copy pasted response to contact the support which takes weeks to get back to you. You've given them your money already, right? Tough luck I guess, have a seat with the rest of us who got screwed over without a reason.

I really do hope they face some kind of accountability for this. It's fucking ABSURD that people are still waiting after TWO MONTHS. Unlock our fucking accounts already! What is wrong with you? If you haven't hired more people then WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? There are people who bought $480 Supporter packs and were double-charged and you still haven't gotten around to them. Surely their banks or credit card companies have been patient with your atrocious lack of service.

Your poor company and its wildly unforeseen success! How long do you think that'll hold up as an excuse?

I am something like $2000us dollars into my poe account dating bask to 2017,My ip address changed, Account locked, cant play poe1 or 2 needs unlock code, and all i get is send us a email..

its your email and unlock system thats broken and you refuse to take any type of accountability or action. Fast to edit a post for keywords but fail to ever READ any posts. Prove me wrong GGG.. Post something thats NOT a copy paste.. Im waiting GGG..

Guess you'll just have to wait like the rest of us, which is absurd like you said to be waiting for this long. Hell, Temu has some pretty bad reviews but even they respond in a timely matter.
