Refund Request - Early Access Starter Pack

Dear Grindinggear Support Team,

My name is Seok Son, and I am an Xbox user residing in South Korea. I recently purchased the Early Access Starter Pack through the official website in order to play the game on my Korean Xbox console.

However, despite completing the purchase, the Early Access status is not reflected in my Microsoft account or my Xbox purchase history. Even after changing my Xbox region to the United States, I am still prompted to purchase the game.

I suspect there may be an issue with the synchronization between your company's purchase records and my Xbox purchase history. Consequently, I am currently unable to play the game. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the order below with deep regret.

I understand the game will be officially released in South Korea at a later date, and I hope to play it then.

Please review the order details below and process my refund request.
