Enable skin transfers.

a lot of contention behind mtx being not available is you need to make them work with all the class models and the animations.

skin transfers apply to pre-existing poe2 models.

theres a lot of cool uniques that i dont necessarily like statwise but look really good as a cosmetic.

also i already have a bunch of skin transfers from poe1 purchases but i m pretty sure a lot of hungry Path of Fashion players would want them.
