perfect example for GGGs gambling addiction ... aka "crafting" :(

When I found the bow it had 100% elemental damage and a decent hybrid physical roll. So yea, why not, maybe worth to make a build out of it.

4 chaos later 3*T1 flat rolls! And not even good once.

As it isn't even a 1/10 chance to get a high tier roll. NO! To make it worse GGG adds a weight to the tiers to reduce your chance to "win" further and further! Aka GGG cheats and fools us with no decent way of true predicteble crafting :(.

I mean hey, anyone out there with a 3*T10 flat bow? Very likely not. Best one I found via trade has 3*9. Best with physical has 2*t9+1*T8.

I HATE this damn gambling ADDICTION so much!
And who ever it is at GGG ... GET PROFESSIONAL HELP!!

Yeah, I once for testing exed up ilevel 82 bases and used 30 chaos each to see if I can get some decent items and most rolls were bottom tier. When I got a combined 8 (!) good rolls, and not even more than one per item, it has been overwritten by the next chaos again every damn time.

Chaosing isn't worth it at all. Crafting neither. Not without the rare omens anyway so most of the time you're just better off trading for stuff instead of losing your currency for virtually nothing.

To be clear: I do not expect to be able to guaranteed chance to craft top tiers or perfect items!

But Last Epochs system is soooooooooooo much better.
Top tiers drob only but below you can more or less do what you want!

That's what I call "crafting" and not just "GAMBLING".

Logged in as I had 2 spare hours to play. Got a 10-breach map, was SUPER happy. Found this bow with nice rolls ... tryed crafting ... got frustrated, started this post and logged out.

Combiend with my frustration about Pinalce Boss gambling ... back to Rimworld and wait for the next big patch.
