Major issue

On one of my char - I am on 91 lvl and still drop an act III cruel items. max 80 base dmg, always 0% to quality on rare items, etc.
Is there any way to unblock my loot to "endgame version"? Does anyone has similar experience? Last bumped on Jan 21, 2025, 5:30:38 PM
