On death explosion mushroom mobs

In maps like Sump, Decay & Seepage there are some mushroom mobs that appear, and that explode a second or two after death. In general, you can most of the time see them and thereby avoid this explosion (that also staggers if hit).

Whilst with 0.1.1 almost all effects have much better visibilty, ground effects go when rare dies etc, this still feels like a problem. If they are next to other big mobs or in larger packs during a Breach, they are damn near impossible to see and watch out for - and their bodies only have an effect when they've already exploded

So add in a few of these with the big dudes carrying circles above their heads dying in one area, they are extremely hard to see and if you don't stop for 2sec before running over every recently killed pack, will at some point turn into a death. It just feels a bit like a cheapshot to me, that even the ground mushrooms are painfully obvious, yet these are basically invisible landmines, when it feels like it should be the other way around.
