Massive drop on FPS using Lighting/Ice abilites

After some testing, I noticed that when I use lightning and cold skills, my FPS drops drastically, making the game almost unplayable. Just enabling the Herald of Thunder and Herald of Ice buffs already causes a drop in FPS. The same issue does not occur when using fire skills, which seem to have no impact on performance. The most noticeable issue is definitely the freezing effect. Even bosses and monsters that use cold/freezing effects cause the screen to stutter. Other moments when this happens are during breach and delirium effects.
