Liberator Support Pack

I bought the support pack on steam because it is not available on PS5. My PSN account and my Steam account are linked. I hopped in my PS5 hopping to use my cosmetics, and I can see all items in my account but it says “This micro transaction is not supported in this game version” I think it is unfair that I cannot use it. Is there a way to get this problem fixed?

I'm afraid that purchases made outside of PlayStation are not usable while playing on PlayStation, and likewise purchases made through PlayStation are not usable outside of PlayStation. I hope this clarifies things for you!
If you'd like these microtransactions while playing on PlayStation you would need to purchase the PlayStation version of the Supporter Packs via the Sony Store. | |

Could it be possible to obtain a refund since I do not own a computer at the moment and it would be pointless for me to spend almost 500 dollars for cosmetics I will never be able to access?

And will the liberator pack be available for PSN since other players as well as me would like to use this cosmetics?

The Liberator of Wraeclast Pack is available on PlayStation. You may need to purchase the packs in order by doing upgrades from each pack to the next, due to the wallet cap, however.

I bought all the packs all the way to the king of the faridun supporter pack but I cannot see all the other supporter packs that goes after that one.

Is there a way to fix the supporter packs in order to see all the others past the 100 dollar one?
