Game freezes during Trialmaster fight

When trialmaster uses his time freeze ability, I was stuck there for minutes and the timer wouldn't go down. He wasn't doing anything and neither could I. The game itself wasn't frozen per se, I could still pause, open menus etc but it just seemed like the timer for his time freeze is what "froze".
