Merging Steam / PS5 accounts with different email addresses

I have two PoE accounts, Steam and PS5, linked to different email addresses.

I successfully connected my PS5 account as a Secondary Login.

I want to play characters from the PS5 account on both Steam and PS5 accounts.

I encountered an error when trying to connect my Steam account as a Secondary Login due to different email addresses.

I attempted to change the primary email address but received an email stating 'Failed to update email address'.

I have contacted GGG via mail.

Does anyone have any assistance to resolve the issue?
