Hi,
kracken_74#4109 [Removed by Support] I have sent you an email about problem with access to my game. I already bought a key from ENEBA site, played for a few days and now I get the message to "buy a new key or to redeem a one" Please help. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. | |

My character name is: Zangramash I can send you the payment transaction when I bought the key from ENEBA. It's unacceptable since I've already paid for the key from a site to ask from me to contact the site to check if my key is valid. Even in that case, you should check the payment with ENEBA and fix my key. How's possible to play since yesterday and today not to have access. |

I'm afraid that we aren't able to assist with purchases you did not make for your account using your account. If you purchased a key from a third-party website and that key's access has been revoked, you'll need to contact the third-party website for assistance and they'll need to look into why the key's access has been revoked themselves.

I understand that you can't check from 3rd party sites the keys.
But since I have the key and the proof of payment, why can't you unblock my access? If the key have provoked for any reason, that doesn't mean that I didn't pay for it. If someone else used the same key as mine then ask for him to send you a proof of payment. |

To clarify, we do not sell keys individually but only through Supporter Packs. If someone purchased multiple Early Access Packs in order to obtain extra early access keys, they might look to sell these keys through third-party key reselling websites. If they then refund or charge back the Early Access Pack purchase that granted them the key originally, the access for the associated key would be revoked.
If this occurs, the purchaser of the original pack that granted the key would need to contact us to resolve the issue with the key's access. You would need to contact the third party regarding your own transaction with them, as this is not something we can assist with in any way. |
