ITEM DISAPPEARANCE DROPS

FOR SOME REASON WHEN AN ITEM GETS DROPPED IF NOT PICKED UP IMEDIATELY ITEM WILL DISAPPEAR AND CANNOT BE PICKED UP. FOUND ISSUE DURRING A BOSS FIGHT WHEN HE DROPPED ITEMS AFTER DEATH AND WHILE LOOKING AT WHAT WAS AVAILABLE ITEMS DISAPPEARED AFTER ONLY A SECOND.

I’m having same issue I just reported it on here also. Glad it’s not just me! Seeing orbs and uniques disappear 😩. Are you on PS5?!

I think I may found a way around it for now. Go to settings, General Tab, “Always Highlight” set to ON.

Left trigger plus right on the d-pad fixed for me.

I am having this issue too PS5. I turned off the filter as well but is still happening. It's been happening since 23rd Jan for me. Some drops are OK some not. Chest loot not appearing. Trials loot not loot able (end rewards).
Will try these fixes as per other posts on this thread later on when I finish work.

There is a setting called "Always Highlight". When this setting is on, items and most interactables like chests are always displayed. When off, item drops display for a few seconds before being hidden. On Mouse+Keyboard, they can be shown again by holding Alt, but I don't know the corresponding binding for Controller.

The setting can be toggled from the options menu, or by using the key binding: the mentioned L2+Dpad Right for Controller, or default Z for Mouse+Keyboard.
